Personalization
Once you place your paid order through Paypal, you’ll receive an email and form to complete regarding personalizing your stationery. A digital proof of your order will be sent within 1 business day of receiving your personalized information. Please approve your proof as soon as possible after receiving it. After you approve your proof, your order will be printed within 3 days and shipping time will take 3 to 5 business days with ground shipping. You may upgrade your shipping method to 2-day shipping or overnight when approving your proof.
Color Customization:
If you see a design on our site you love but would like to customize the colors, we offer this service for an additional charge of $10.00 per stationery design. (Example: invitation design would be $10.00, placemat design $10.00 etc.) Your chosen design(s) will be personalized with your event information as part of the pricing structure on the website. Design files will be sent via email in PDF format for you to review.
Do-It-Yourself Printables:
You print yourself and we charge a design and set-up fee of $25.00 per design. Your chosen design(s) will be personalized with your event information and colors. Sizes shown are considered standard, but can be adjusted as long as the design retains its shape and orientation. Final files will be sent via email in PDF format, set up to print multiple designs per 8-1/2" x 11" page, with crop marks included. Address labels will also include editable text boxes so that you can type in your guest's information. All designs are sent in ready to print PDF format that you can print at home or take to a professional printer.
